One of our two premier suites, Suite 100 boasts a private entrance way, located some distance from the general entry area for other suites. It also offers an alternate rear entry/exit option. This suite is perfectly situated for a legal or marketing firm that requires a beautiful lobby for visiting clientele. Upon entering, your clients enter a spacious lobby with a dedicated reception area defined by two pony walls that allow an open yet defined space for your front office staff. Behind the reception, and visible to most of the suites is an exterior atrium garden. Suite 100 consists of five offices, one of which is a 190 sq/ft owner/executive suite, complete with pitched ceilings and clerestory windows. The remaining four offices average 120 sq/ft each. The selling feature of this suite is a stunning 435 sq/ft room that can be utilized as a library, conference room, display room or furnished as a collaborative workspace. A dedicated file/storage room is provided along with abundant additional storage locations. Finally, not only does this suite boast its own bathroom with copper hand basin, and full marble flooring, it is one of only two to offer a wet bar for entertaining clientele.
